He could do without the inheritance but his love for both his cousins stops him from leaving so he won't be the cause of them not getting their share of the Coffeeshop inheritance at the end of the year. Ashford Falls is the last place he wants to be and after only 9 months back it’s feeling like a lifetime until he goes looking for berries at a local farm for this month's special drink “Berries and Cream Chai.

After a cheating ex-boyfriend made her take stock of her busy life, she decided to change it once and for all. She is trying to make the farm at the pick-your-own fresh produce farm with some family fun activities to encourage people to visit her, but she is not having mush luck.
One day Joe rides his motorbike up the farm road in the search of berries for his special drink and what he finds is more than he was looking for. A friendship grows quickly between the two and gives them both a much-needed friend in town. Can Joe find what he never thought he needed a Home and will Molly’s dreams for her farm come alive?
I received a free copy of the book and have voluntarily written an honest review. As with all the other books, this novella is well written and gets you interested in from the very the first page or so. This is a sweet story with a bit of heat and romance mixed with a feeling of hope and joy.
