This is book three of this great series about the three O’Connell brothers that all work together in their family Tattoo shop. I have read book 2 and now book 3 and I will have to find the time to catch up and read the first one. This book is about the youngest brother and his story with capture your heart for him as he tries to find his way to a future that was not part of his plan. This is about how just one moment in time can change what you want and what you have been holding back. I could guess what would happen during the book but it was the journey the author took me one that had me hooked and totally enjoying every word. As the title suggests “Poet” there is some lovely written poetry in this book that will just have you swooning for the man that wrote it. I received an ARC copy of the book and have voluntarily written an honest review.
Melissa Trujillo has not had the easiest of roads to get to where she is known in life but the suffering and sacrifice has led her to want a change and a need to find a new path. 5 years sober can still find you struggling to make amends for your past.
Kieran O’Connell knows all about sacrificing as he gave up his dream to be a priest to look after his sick and dying mother. Words have always been his freedom but he has been unable to feel them for some time. He also wants what his brothers have happiness and love.
These two people from two different world meet randomly a church on the day it almost loves at first sight but she runs. Kieran soon finds his words and he thinks he has found his muse. Melissa thinks she has found her new addiction and like the others she knows she cannot have it.
As fate will have it they meet again and will they both find trust, faith and love with each other or will the past be too much for them to overcome?
